Sometimes people are jerks for no other reason than just that they can be.  Such is my life in sales, where people give me money and then treat me like garbage as though it’s an actual clause in the contract.

After jumping through hoops for one of my more strategic clients the Sr. Director actually told me to hold the contract in abeyance.  Abeyance for fucks sake.  Who talks like that?   I mean I have friends who are lawyers and a brother who is a lawyer and none of them talk like that.  I wanted to reach through my piece of shit Avaya phone, grab this smoker-stained teeth guy by his polyester shirt and huck sinus-infection sized loogie onto his temple.

I gotta get out of sales.
